weekend recap
Friday:
so i made it out to the bensalem area and had some awesome indian cuisine from food castle. if you’re in the philly area, and you love indian food, i’d highly recommend making a stop at this place! the food is rich, savory and not too hard on your wallet! i had a four course meal and it cost a little bit over $20.
Saturday:
saturday was pretty relaxing, the weather couldn’t have been better! i was out in Bristol at a friend’s block party in their neighborhood. the grub was good, and there was plenty of alcohol. it was good times until a fight broke out in my friend’s bathroom between two drunk guys. i heard the commotion and ran upstairs to see what was going on, only to find the two of them throwin’ down in the tub! they totally trashed my friend’s bathroom, which really sucked. i didn’t know either of the guys, but i didn’t like them trashing up the place, so i went in to pull one of the guys off.. i managed to almost get swung on in the process.. fun stuff heh.
Sunday:
sunday was reserved for recovering from the night prior haha. i managed to watch almost the entire season three of prison break during the day, and at night i went out to casablanca and proceeded to gorge myself on moroccan cuisine, homemade apple wine, and bellydancers :P. the seven course meal lasted about 3.5 hours and it was well worth it!
so there ya have it, my weekend in a nutshell. now i’m back at the circus that is known as learning by grace, and back to the grind for another four days!!
